Success Criteria
Sprint is successful when:
- 80%+ of activity metrics hit target across all participants
- 100% demo participation (non-negotiable)
- At least 1 artifact per buddy pair is adopted by someone outside the pair within 30 days (for internal sprints)
- NPS > 70 from participants (for consulting client sprints)
